WestTel Deploys IP Unity for Unified Messaging Service Rollout in Grand Cayman

WestTel is an independent affiliate of Cayman's cable television company WestStar TV Ltd., in partnership with Key Tech Limited from Bermuda. It was established in 2003 when WestStar was granted licenses by the Information Communications Technology Authority (ICTA) to deliver home and business telephony, long distance services, calling card services, high-speed Internet access and Voice over IP services to the Cayman Islands.
